Artwork Guidelines Text

Submitting Artwork:
When submitting artwork, be sure to provide the customer name, contact information, electronic art file, and any instructions or specifications. Failure to provide this information may result in production delays. Artwork may be submitted by E-mail: info@uigolf.com, Fax: 503-844-6517 or 800-710-0560, or mail: Dave Shepard Enterprises, 5070 NW 235th Ave, Ste. 107, Hillsboro, OR 97124.

Preferred File Types and Size:
Quality electronic files help ensure the accuracy of the finished product. Vector files are preferred (EPS, AI, and PDFs containing vector images). All text should be converted to curves, paths, or outlines. Files may not exceed 8 MB.

JPEGs, TIFFS, and non-vector PDFs are also acceptable. Any non-vector artwork will be recreated in order to provide the best quality possible.

You may submit non-graphic files or hand drawings as well. Our art department is able to recreate or alter most artwork submitted. Please note, the submission of these file types may result in production delays.

Color:
You may provide specific PMS colors when submitting artwork. Up to five colors may be used. If no colors are specified, we will match your artwork colors as closely as possible, using the Pantone Matching System (PMS).

Proofing:
Proofs help ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction; therefore, a proof will be provided prior to production for all new artwork submittals and requests. Proofs are also available upon request for art requests using our existing logos.

Once the artwork has been completed, a proof will be E-mailed. At this stage, an approval may be given or changes and/or corrections may be requested. If a change is needed, a new proof will be sent out once the change has been made. This process will repeat until an approval is given. The artwork will move into the production stage once we have received an approval.

Specifications:
The standard print size for logos is 1 1/8". All artwork will either increase or decrease in size to meet this specification. Poker Chips, Dominoes, and Repair Tools have their own size requirements, shown on following pages. View Samples
